The default space allocation for an individual email address is 1GB. Please note, that this can be increased or decreased via your Email Hosting Control Panel.
If for you have the domain example.co.za and an email address of john@example.co.za, you could add example.com or example.net as a domain alias so that emails sent to john@example.com or john@example.net come into the john@example.co.za mailbox.
